In May 2012, not only did we find ourselves running low on our Garlic & Chili flavoured oil but the Onion & Basil Oil was flying off the shelf as well! We immediately fired up the press at Golburn Valley Oilmills and began pressing another batch of our nutritious Camelina Oil. In early June, we partnered up with Northern Nutraceuticals in Spalding, Saskatchewan to do some bottling of this oil. Northern Nutraceuticals is a fully licensed bottling and crushing facility and they are also Kosher certified – something we will be looking into for our next batch of labels!

The seed for this batch of oil came from Colin’s 2011 harvest. We hope you enjoy!
