Growing condition through the year

There was sufficient spring moisture to get the crop off to a good start followed by a dry summer. The crop managed very well through the summer. There were no pests that limited the growth.

Growing conditions upon harvesting

Harvest 2020 was one for the books, weather conditions during harvest time were optimal and led to harvest being completed much earlier than usual.

Additional information

In December of 2022, we hauled the camelina seed to our crushing facility in Saskatoon. We set to work crushing the camelina seed and then let the oil settle. Bottling began in early Jan 2023 and was completed by the end of Jan 2023.
