Cinnamon Apple Crisp


10 Cups Apples, Peeled, Cored and Sliced

½ Cup White Sugar

1 Tbsp Flour

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

½ Water

1 Cup Quick Cooking Oats

1 Cup Flour

½ Cup Dark Brown Sugar

¼ Cup Three Farmers Crunchy Little Lentils – Lightly Salted

¼ tsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Baking Soda

½ Cup Unsalted Butter, Melted 



1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

2.Combine the apples, white sugar cinnamon and a tablespoon of flour and place evenly into a 9 x 13 pan. Pour water evenly over the apple mixture

3.In a medium bowl combine the oats, Three Farmers Crunchy Little Lentils – Lightly Salted, flour, baking soda, baking powder and brown sugar. Add the melted butter and combine. 

4.Crumble the flour and oat mixture evenly over the apples and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
