Proscuitto Wrapped Asparagus

Delicious appetizer or side dish. Salty, earthy, and a crunch of sweetness.

Ingredients – makes 10

  • 10 asparagus
  • 10 slices proscutto
  • 1-2 tbsp Three Farmers Camelina Oil

Cut the woody bottoms off the asparagus and wrap a thin layer of prosciutto around it. Drizzle with Camelina oil, season with pepper, then grill or saute to desired doneness. About 8 min.
